Your Role:

As an Online Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll play an integral role in the Business Development Centre (BDC) at our Greystanes location. You’ll manage online customer inquiries, oversee digital sales processes, and handle all aspects of customer interaction from inquiry through to final sale.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and qualify leads for appointment bookings and support digital sales through email, phone (outbound and inbound), and web channels.
  • Oversee online car sales, ensuring smooth handling of deposits, contracts, trade-ins, finance, and delivery.
  • Be the go-to contact for customer queries, product information, and escalations.
  • Host virtual product demos and assist with converting finance and insurance quotes into successful sales.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they’re thrilled with their experience and help finalize their sale.
  • Use CRM systems like Salesforce and DMS to maintain accurate customer information.
  • Manage call queues and online interactions, including social media and web chat.
  • Collaborate with in-store teams to ensure smooth handovers and appointment scheduling.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid experience in a customer-facing or online direct sales role – you know how to close a deal!
  • Proven success in meeting KPIs and sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital platforms.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering top-quality customer service with professionalism and integrity.
