Your Role:
As an Online Sales Professional in our Business Development Centre, you will manage customer inquiries, qualify leads, and guide customers through the online sales process. You will handle deposits, contracts, finance, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming leads, triage and qualify for appointment bookings via EDM, phone, or web; allocate appointments to the in-store team.

  • Oversee retail car online sales including deposits, contracts, trade-ins, finance, delivery, and ensure price pledge compliance.

  • Conduct pre- and post-sales follow-up, qualify leads through customer-focused questions, and maintain communication throughout the buying journey.

  • Handle inbound/outbound call queues via PureCloud, manage social moderation, web chat, reputation, and Google reviews through Podium.

  • Acquire and share comprehensive product knowledge, conduct online demonstrations via virtual channels, and promote aftermarket and F&I products.

  • Utilise Salesforce and DMS to capture accurate customer data, assist with escalations and complaints, and collaborate to convert F&I quotes and sell insurance products.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to different customers, deliver great experiences in any environment, and demonstrate passion for products.

  • Ability to work autonomously to close sales, meet KPI-driven targets, multitask with attention to detail, and maintain accountability while setting a positive example.

  • Proficient in MS Office and digital platforms, demonstrates strong organisational skills, problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.

  • Maintains high standards of professionalism and integrity, collaborates effectively, shows willingness to learn, and focuses on customer satisfaction throughout the process.
