What's the opportunity?


We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join the team located at Penrith to provide an exceptional customer experience to our customers.


The duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:


  • Coordinate, execute and manage the sales process
  • Explain the product benefits and features
  • Establish strong rapport with customers
  • Attend all scheduled appointments with customers
  • Manage the test drive process, delivery/handover
  • Accurately prepare and process sales contracts as required


Don't have automotive experience? That's completely fine because here is what we are looking for:


  • Previous experience in a retail environment where you have engaged and provided an exceptional customer experience face to face and online
  • Ability to absorb information on our products and provide this product knowledge in service of our customers
  • Demonstrates the ability to build rapport and strong relationships with our customers by managing test drives, delivery and handover and check in's with the customer after purchase
  • Available to work each Saturday with a day off during the week
