We are seeking Online Customer Experience Specialists to join our team at our Greystanes location. As part of our stellar Business Development Centre (BDC), you’ll be at the heart of the action and the friendly voice to keep the engines running smoothly by handling marketing campaigns, engaging customers through digital platforms from inquiry to final sale, while ensuring every customer leaves with a smile! 

 

Your role in the drivers seat: 

  • Manage and qualify leads for appointment bookings and support digital sales through EDM, phone (outbound and inbound), and web channels. 
  • Handle online car sales, ensuring smooth management of deposits, contracts, trade-ins, finance, and delivery. 
  • Being the go-to for all things customer queries, product info, and escalations. 
  • Hosting virtual product demos and helping turn finance and insurance quotes into happy customers. 
  • Following up with customers to ensure they’re thrilled with their experience, finalising that sale. 
  • Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce and DMS to maintain accurate customer information. 
  • Staying on top of call queues and online interactions, including social media and web chat. 
  • Collaborating with in-store teams to ensure seamless handovers and appointments. 

 

You’ll show: 

  • Solid experience in a customer-facing or online direct sales role, (you know how to close a deal!) 
  • Proven success working with KPI’s and targets 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital platforms. 
  • A flair for communication, adaptability, and problem-solving 
  • Top notch organizational skills, and attention to detail 
  • A passion for delivering top-quality customer service, with professionalism and integrity – every time
