About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager and based at our Trivett Automotive Retail site in Parramatta, the Customer Experience Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey. You will be representing Subaru and act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers both in-store and online from their first enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.
Your focus will be on delivering tailored solutions through exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and an ability to manage the end-to-end sales process with confidence. You will also be comfortable using digital tools such as Salesforce and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is efficient, flexible, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a personalised and engaging customer experience from enquiry through to delivery

Showcase deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits

Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups

Utilise Salesforce and other digital tools to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints

Proven experience in a sales role is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms.

Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).

A valid driver’s licence.
