What is the opportunity?

An opportunity exists for a Dealer Support with a positive, customer focused attitude to join the team at Chullora.


The duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • To achieve the AutoNexus and VGA business goals through quality handling of dealer contacts and delivering a positive dealer support experience
  • Effectively support the VGA parts operations team to coordinate and resolve all customer enquiries, incidents and disputes
  • Identify opportunities within our operations which will improve our service delivery to our customer’s dealers and drive change management to achieve these benefits
  • Source solutions to customer complaint cases as escalated by team members
  • Undertake and carry out any other work related tasks as assigned by the Manager on an adhoc basis


To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
