Trivett are seeking a Delivery Manager based at their Subaru Dealership, Parramatta.
About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for managing the timely and efficient delivery process to our retail and fleet customers as well as the execution of a seamless and compliant fleet management process. You will work with your team and relevant stakeholders, as an overview, to:
- Manage, develop and nurture a productive and high-performing culture through effective teamwork and personal accountability;
- Your strong and effective working relationships with Stock Control, Customer Fulfilment, Corporate Account Manager - Fleet and all group Delivery Consultants ensures ways of working, best practice, policy, process, procedures are aligned, consistent and deliver results.
- The communication process between Stakeholders and team is effective, accurate and continues to add value to the delivery process.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer satisfaction at all times, as reflected in customer feedback and Reputation scores;
- Achieve all targets and KPIs as required by the company and our external partners including Fleet Management Organisations (FMOs);
- Ensure all your team are ambassadors for the Subaru and Peugeot Citroen brands; as demonstrated through passion, drive and continuous process improvement.
About you:
- Significant experience managing and leading a high performing team
- Prior experience working in the automotive industry and understanding the competitive consumer landscape
- Confident communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve the best results for the business.
- Proven ability to work within an evolving retail environment and to effectively lead through times of change.
- Strong commercial aptitude that delivers customer satisfaction
- Excellent people management and development skills
- Experience managing external business relationships
- Ability to influence, and also learn from others
