What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults, including interpreting warning lights and system alerts

Use advanced diagnostic tools and electronic systems to accurately identify issues

Manage and escalate technical cases, including raising and tracking diagnostic tickets where required

Carry out road tests to confirm fault resolution and ensure optimal vehicle performance

Support and collaborate with the wider Service Team by providing technical expertise and guidance

Take ownership of complex diagnostic work, applying strong problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality outcomes
About You
-
Qualified Motor Mechanic with a relevant trade certification (Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology or equivalent)

Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician, ideally with 7+ years in the automotive industry

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capability, with a high level of attention to detail

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information

A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service

Current and valid driver’s licence

Experience working with European or Peugeot vehicles highly desirable

Additional manufacturer training or certifications beyond Bronze level highly regarded
