About the job:

The Fleet & Corporate Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in driving strategic growth and operational excellence across VIC and NSW fleet and corporate sales functions. This role is responsible for leading high-performing teams, strengthening OEM and fleet management organization (FMO) relationships, and ensuring consistency in customer experience and process across states. The position also involves collaborating with national stakeholders to drive conversions, manage tender processes, and support product launches.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accountable for achieving monthly and quarterly sales volumes, revenue, and margin targets across NSW and VIC fleet operations.

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize fleet sales volumes and profitability in line with national targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Fleet Management Organizations (FMOs) and corporate customers to drive long-term loyalty and growth. 

  • Support and lead activations and campaigns to promote new products or programs in the fleet and corporate channel

  • Engage and collaborate with OEM partners to align strategies, secure supply, and optimize program support.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement development plans to support team capability and retention.

  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead and manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of the customer experience.

  • Ensure adherence to OEM contractual terms, and Inchcape risk and compliance frameworks for all transactions.

About you:

  • Proven experience in fleet and corporate sales leadership, preferably within the automotive industry.

  • Strong track record of relationship management and stakeholder engagement across multiple levels.

  • Deep understanding of the automotive fleet sales ecosystem, including FMO dynamics, tender processes, and OEM relations.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and CRM systems.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset, comfortable with outbound sales and networking activities.
