What you’ll do
Responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and commercial success of the logistics business. You will inspire and lead the division to ensure we are the most efficient and productive through our optimise pillar to enable the success of our OEM partners. This is delivered by leading people in a way that promotes our One Inchcape values and behaviours and delivers exceptional service.
- Drive Strategic Vision: Spearhead the Accelerate+ strategy, fostering a culture of innovation and building trusted, highly collaborative partnerships with our OEMs.
- Deliver Commercial Excellence: Develop and execute a 5-year business plan focused on year-on-year revenue growth, cost-to-serve efficiencies, and optimal return on investments.
- Empower & Lead Teams: Inspire a high-performing culture by role-modeling One Inchcape values, developing future talent, and optimizing organizational structures to meet business needs.
- Champion Change & Innovation: Identify continuous process improvements and lead complex change initiatives to future-proof our operating model and deliver an effortless customer experience.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance: Uphold best practice operational standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and proactively champion a safe, hazard-free work environment.
About you
- Proven Executive Leader: You bring 10+ years of senior leadership experience with a strong track record of driving business success and leading organizational change (deep automotive industry knowledge is highly desirable).
- Commercially Astute: You possess exceptional commercial acumen, sound judgment, and the cutting-edge strategic capability to devise creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Master Communicator & Negotiator: You have highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with OEMs, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
- Dedicated Team Builder: You are a natural coach and mentor who thrives on developing high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace.
- Qualified Professional: You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or a related discipline, possess a full driver’s license, and are open to domestic and international travel as required.
