AutoNexus are looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join their team.

  • Lead a team to ensure the completion of work within the timeframes set down in the Service Level Agreement with Customers.
  • Ensure timely processing of all customer queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with Team Leaders to adapt to daily changes in customer requirements and assist in implementing Team Focus.
  • Assist with the Investigation and finalisation of Aim cases.
  • Assist in the maintenance of materials handling equipment.
  • Assist with bin maintenance and slotting exercises to ensure system/shelf integrity.
  • Be aware of individual and team KPIs to ensure delivery of “Service Excellence” and achievement of productivity goals
  • Cooperating with management by wearing personal protective equipment and following safe operating procedures at all times.
  • Reliability and a commitment to the team and achieving warehouse goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years of Warehousing Experience
  • Experience in 3PL environment (desirable not required)
  • Automotive/Industrial Industry Experience (desirable not required)
  • Certificate 3 in Warehouse and Distribution (desirable not required)
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • SAP Experience (desirable not required)
  • Time management skills
