We're seeking a vibrant and proactive Leading Hand to join our Receiving team at Chullora. In this role, you’ll be the right-hand to our Receiving Team Leader, guiding and inspiring the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and continuous excellence in alignment with Inchcape and Volkswagen Group Australia (VGA) standards.
 

Further you will:
 

• Lead and Inspire: Coordinate and motivate the team to exceed operational standards and customer expectations.
• Streamline Operations: Ensure timely processing of inbound shipments.
• Drive Quality: Achieve and maintain quality standards and KPIs.
• Foster Growth: Train and develop staff, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
• Innovate: Recommend and implement process improvements to keep us ahead of the curve.

About You:
 

• Experienced Leader: Proven track record in warehouse leadership.
• Motivator: Success in driving teams to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Organized: Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Resilient: Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
• Qualified: Forklift license required.
• Industry Savvy: Experience in a 3PL, automotive, or industrial environment.
• Tech-Smart: Proficient in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems.
