We have a great opportunity for a Dealer Support to join the team in Greystanes.

 

About the Role

 

As a Dealer Support, you will be assisting the Inventory Team to achieve best practice development in forecasting, procurement, inventory control, supplier and customer relationship management.

 

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Quality handling of all Dealer contacts and delivering a positive dealer support experience
  • Being the primary point of contact for Parts customers for parts enquiries, customer complaints and any other miscellaneous enquiries.
  • Assist Dealers with parts interpretation, technical parts enquiries, order assistance and ad-hoc enquiries or requirements
  • Look for ways to reduce operating expenses, errors and wastage

 

About You

 

To be successful you must possess the following:

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role and an understanding of parts interpretation
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • A qualification in Parts Interpretation will be highly regarded
  • Experience working with brands including Subaru, Peugeot, Citroen and Proton will be highly regarded
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Confident in the use of computer programs including MS Office
