About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a National Aftersales Manager to join the FOTON team in Norwest.

 

This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans and customer lead strategies across all aspects of Aftersales operations. This includes Part Sales, Service Retention, Customer Experience, Technical Training, Technical Support, and Warranty Support. As a key member of the FOTON Leadership team, you will contribute to the growth and development of our brand, ensuring delivery of results in line with our annual operating plan.

 

Reporting to the General Manager – FOTON your duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Develop and drive the Aftersales strategy to enhance customer ownership experiences and achieve business objectives
  • Build strong relationships with the dealer network to lead them to business success
  • Drive commercial effectiveness by focusing on key financial drivers while keeping customer needs central to decision-making
  • Build and develop a high-performance team, creating a pipeline of talented team members.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and new business ventures within Aftersales.
  • Develop and implement commercial Sales Plans in collaboration with other functions and business units.
  • Manage Part Sales Operations to meet commercial objectives.
  • Oversee Technical and Warranty Support functions to deliver exceptional support to the dealer network and customers.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders

 

About you

  • Leadership experience (5+ years) with a significant contribution to strategic management and business success.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and sustain high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic capabilities with an in-depth understanding of business operations.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or commerce.
  • Automotive experience in distribution and commercial vehicles
  • Experience with medium and heavy-duty trucks
