About the role

We're seeking a National Sales Manager to lead the growth of the DEEPAL brand in Australia.

 

This role is pivotal in driving new vehicle sales, profitability, and finance penetration, while strategically building the DEEPAL dealer network.

 

Further to the above your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies and targets, ensuring the brand exceeds expectations in volume, share, and profit growth.
  • Dealer Network Development: Build and grow the dealer network, ensuring high performance and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the executive team and OEMs to monitor sales performance, manage expenses, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Team Building: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales team focused on driving growth and brand success.

About you

  • 5+ years of management experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of success in strategic sales.
  • Strong background in the automotive industry, particularly with electric vehicles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships within a dealer network and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and strategic commercial acumen.
  • Ability to inspire and influence teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline.
  • Full driver's license.
