We are currently looking for a Parts Leading Hand to join our dynamic team. This role will see you co-ordinate and lead the inventory team, ensuring the timely and efficient processing of inventory counts, Nils, AIMS processing, and reporting while maintaining our “Service Excellence” criteria. You will also play an active role in promoting and improving safe work practices and processes to exceed contractual service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to ensure all tasks are completed within the specified timeframes outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with customers.

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all customer queries, responding to them in a professional and efficient manner.

• Collaborate with Team Leaders to adapt to changes in daily customer requirements and assist in implementing team-focused solutions.

• Actively monitor and recommend improvements to processes in line with safety standards and customer service excellence.

• Report any unsafe conditions, dangerous occurrences, or injuries immediately to your supervisor/manager.

• Ensure that personal protective equipment is worn and safe operating procedures are followed at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in an inventory or warehouse management role, preferably within the automotive industry.

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.

• Ability to communicate effectively and manage customer expectations.

• A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in AIMS and inventory management systems would be advantageous.
