​What is the opportunity?

An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Receptionist to join the team at Norwest for 4 days a week on a part time basis.

 

Being the face and voice of the company, you’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls for both building levels whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Greeting and signing in and out guests
  • Sorting and managing the groups mail, including organising couriers and coordinating outgoing mail
  • Managing meeting room bookings and catering needs
  • Maintain kitchen supplies and facilities
  • Organising general maintenance and liaising with building managers
  • Inventory Control related to the reception area
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
  • Provide general AP/AR administration support when required

 

To be successful, you must have the following:

  • Previous experience on a fast pace front desk role.
  • Experienced with high level of calls and with Purecloud or equivalent cloud based/digital phone system 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive and forward thinking with the ability to pick up things quickly
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethic and a team player
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivables will be highly advantageous
  • Must have flexibility to work additional days when required (covering leave)
