About the Role

As a Regional Field Representative, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our dealer network meets and exceeds business plan expectations. This hands-on role involves collaborating with key central functions to drive regional and dealer network performance, aligning with financial and operational goals. You will be responsible for implementing programs that align with our business objectives and strategy.

 

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieving Sales Targets:
    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Peugeot and Citroen models.
    • Integrate accessory sales planning into marketing and sales strategies.
    • Drive vehicle, parts, and accessory sales while enhancing service retention and profitability.
  • Dealer Relationship Management:
    • Ensure compliance with all PCA policies.
    • Manage dealer network performance against customer satisfaction and reputation standards.
    • Develop structured field visit plans and provide expert advice to dealers.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Initiate and monitor regional plans for CX/NPS improvements.
    • Collaborate with departments to enhance customer satisfaction and training.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making:
    • Operate within PCA policies and escalate issues promptly.
    • Provide feedback and guidance for network development.

What We’re Looking For:

 

Experience Requirements:

  • Essential:
    • 3+ years of rep/sales experience.
    • Proven senior relationship management and sales skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain business relationships within a dealer network.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience in the automotive and LCV industry.
    • Experience in a Franchise or Distributor Retail Network environment.
