About the Role

Reporting to the National Fleet and Corporate Sales Manager, the Regional Fleet & Corporate Manager will be responsible for implementing the National Fleet and Corporate Sales Strategy and has the overall responsibility for the development and implementation of all Fleet & Corporate programs in line with business objectives and the strategy.

This role will collaborate with internal partners to create a seamless approach to bring products and opportunities to market at a tactical level using corporate sales initiatives within the region.

The key deliverables include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist in achieving Sales targets for Fleet and Corporate
  • Develop and execute fleet and corporate sales plans with each retailer to achieve the above mentioned business goals:
  • Customer focused 
  • Network focused
  • Identify the opportunities and insights that will assist in delivering effective results
  • Forward plan to involve and engage the BM team

About You

To be successful you will possess the following:

  • 5 to 7 years sales management experience from a dealership and/or as a BDM in a Fleet Management Company
  • Strong product knowledge 
  • Understanding of dynamic of a retail environment
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to introduce new initiatives to drive the business ahead of competitors
