Our North Shore Sales team is seeking an experienced Retail Centre Manager to lead our Artarmon multi-brand retail site, representing brands such as Subaru, Peugeot, Deepal, and Foton.

In this pivotal role, you will take full accountability for site performance, customer experience, and team leadership. You will drive commercial outcomes while delivering a seamless, premium customer journey across sales, Finance & Insurance, and vehicle delivery in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, enjoys coaching high-performing teams, and takes pride in running a well-presented, compliant, and commercially successful operation.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee retail centre operations, ensuring full accountability for P&L, KPIs, compliance, and customer experience standards.

  • Drive sales performance through optimised in-store conversion, customer engagement, and marketing activations.

  • Lead and develop the Customer Experience team, fostering a high-performance culture and exceptional service delivery.

  • Manage stock, pricing, and presentation, collaborating with key departments to maintain premium standards across vehicles and facilities.

  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and OEM compliance, meeting all regulatory and business requirements.

  • Champion continuous improvement, enhancing processes, team capability, and overall customer experience.
