About the role

Are you ready to lead and optimize the Sales & Operations Planning process for renowned automotive brands? Join our team as the S&OP Lead for DEEPAL and FOTON, where you’ll drive alignment across demand forecasting, supply planning, production orders, and shipping to meet wholesale and sales objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders and leverage your expertise to ensure operational efficiency while managing end-to-end vehicle production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the S&OP process, including reflection, forecasting, and supply planning.
• Align demand forecasts, sales plans, and production orders with stakeholders.
• Oversee vehicle production orders, shipments, and inventory management.
• Prepare detailed reporting on forecasting accuracy, stock analysis, and operations.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders and ensure vehicle compliance and registrations.
• Maintain accurate vehicle master data in SAP to support importation and sales

About you

• Extensive experience in S&OP or supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical skills and data reporting expertise.
• Proven leadership in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• SAP experience and automotive industry knowledge are advantageous.
