As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist at our Artarmon dealership, you’ll be the driving force behind memorable customer journeys. 

You’ll create personalized solutions, build lasting connections, and guide customers through the entire sales process—from initial inquiry to handing over the keys.
 

You will:
 

• Showcase your deep product knowledge to highlight vehicle features and benefits during demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Lead the sales process, including test drives, trade-ins, valuations, and sales documentation.
• Use Salesforce and other digital tools to ensure efficient, customer-focused sales activity.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless, premium experience both in-store and online.
   

What You Bring:
 

• Proven success in a customer-facing sales role, ideally within the automotive industry.
• A results-driven attitude, thriving in high-energy environments while meeting KPIs.
• Exceptional communication skills with a knack for tailoring interactions to individual customers.
• Confidence in using MS Office and digital platforms.
• A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work Saturdays (with a weekday off).
