An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and driven Service Advisor to join our Subaru team at Parramatta.

 

What's the opportunity?

 

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers. Your role will involve:

 

  • Greeting and assisting customers promptly and professionally.
  • Conducting vehicle assessments and diagnosing issues.
  • Recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Explaining service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Coordinating service appointments and managing work orders.
  • Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Automotive knowledge, Aftersales and a passion for cars.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
