What’s the opportunity?

An opportunity now exists for an experienced Service Operations Specialist to join our team at the Subaru Australia Head Office, based in Norwest. In this role you will be supporting the Subaru Dealer network with the implementation of initiatives and programs that deliver commercial improvement in Aftersales operations.

Reporting directly to the Service Operations Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Monitoring and analysing dealer service business performance using commercial and customer experience metrics to identify key performance improvement opportunities
  • Implementing national Aftersales improvement programs using project management principles, ensuring delivery to schedule and detailed measurements or outcomes
  • Working directly with retailers to develop specific action plans to address opportunities
  • Conducting virtual and on-site visits and training with dealer Aftersales teams
  • Monitoring and ensuring dealer compliance with minimum service standards/company policies

 

About you:

  • Ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Exposure to the management and operations of vehicle service departments within a dealership environment – desirable not essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite of tools
  • A full NSW drivers licence
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline within the automotive industry
  • Excellent management and organisational skills together with attention to detail
  • Ability to achieve structured planning and analysis
  • Decision making and executional skills
