Job Title: Storeperson/Parts Interpreter

Our Subaru Service Centre in Castle Hill is seeking a Storeperson/Parts Interpreter to join our Aftersales team. In this position you will play a pivotal role providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers. You’ll empower and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team of diverse and talented professionals, driving performance and championing innovation and fresh thinking to deliver on us accelerate+ strategy.  

What you’ll do  

• Respond swiftly to queries raised or problem identified, understanding that this is critical to the effective running of the Service department. 

• Ensure day to day activities are executed in line with service level agreements and key performance indicators. 

• Put away goods against binning report, referencing part number, quantity, and check for visible damage. Any discrepancies to be noted and validated in the shipping binning report 

• Assisting all retail sites with any stock take requirements 

• Ensure a friendly and courteous manner when dealing with our customers 

• Pre-pick service parts to support jobs to commence by Technicians
