About the Role
We’re growing fast and looking for a proactive, enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Norwest. You'll work with our dynamic teams to find top talent and provide a seamless recruitment experience. You’ll also get the chance to work on exciting projects that drive innovation and build our employer brand.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the recruitment process end-to-end, using the latest tools and strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment plans
• Own recruitment channels, from job boards to social media and Career Expos
• Ensure an amazing candidate experience from start to finish
• Work on exciting TA projects that make a real impact on the business

About You:

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially in fast-paced, large companies
• Knowledge of talent attraction, assessment, and onboarding best practices
• Experience with a HRIS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
• Super organized with a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
