What’s the opportunity?

As a Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all drivers adhere to legislative requirements and company processes. You will supervise drivers, conduct site assessments, visit dealers, and manage planning tasks to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance Management: Ensure all drivers and Contract Carriers (CCs) adhere to regulatory requirements, including Work Diary and speeding breaches. Investigate incidents and share learnings to drive improvement.
• Onboarding & Training: Maintain conformance for transit damage and incidents, with corrective actions and clear communication of key learnings.
• Service Delivery: Promote continuous improvement, challenge the status quo, and foster a positive and efficient working environment.
• Living the Values: Demonstrate energy, passion, and integrity in all actions, focusing on customer satisfaction, ethical business practices, and environmental responsibility.
• Operational Efficiencies: Work with the National Driver Manager to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Record Accuracy: Ensure all records for drivers and CCs are up-to-date and accurately maintained.

• Collaborate closely with the Driver Manager, National Transport Operations Manager, and drivers to build successful and effective working relationships.
• Engage with sub-contractors to ensure all processes are followed to meet company and regulatory standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in transport or logistics management.
• Knowledge of government compliance requirements for drivers.
