We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Leader to lead our API Router Team, driving the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑scale APIs using GCP Apigee. This role combines hands‑on technical leadership, people management, and strategic delivery oversight in a global, fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a global API development team, overseeing workload distribution, delivery performance, and talent growth
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of API initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality standards, governance, security, and compliance are met
• Partner with PMO, architects, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution
• Provide clear, structured updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation plans

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of API development experience with deep expertise in GCP Apigee and strong analytical problem‑solving skills
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams while thriving in high‑pressure, fast‑moving environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of successful, high‑quality deliveries
