We’re looking for a BI Specialist to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI and Azure analytics services. This is a hands-on technical role with leadership exposure—perfect for someone who enjoys building impactful data solutions while mentoring others.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver scalable BI solutions aligned with business goals and architecture standards
• Build and optimize Power BI datasets, reports, and semantic models
• Lead complex BI initiatives, including development coordination and peer reviews
• Collaborate with data engineering teams using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and related tools
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans
• Mentor junior team members through coaching and hands-on technical support
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver data solutions that drive measurable value

About you

• Strong expertise in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, performance tuning)
• Experience with Azure analytics stack (Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks)
• Solid understanding of BI governance, standards, and security models
• Familiarity with Power Platform and REST APIs
• 4-6 years of BI delivery experience handling complex datasets/projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications in Power BI/Azure are a plus
