POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Regional Sales Executive will serve as Jaguar Land Rover’s dedicated representative for the Visayas and Mindanao (VisMin) region, responsible for driving sales performance and expanding the brand’s presence outside Metro Manila.

 

This is a permanent, hybrid role combining field-based selling, regional activations, and remote client management. The role requires a highly driven, entrepreneurial individual capable of building a market, generating their own pipeline, and delivering consistent results with minimal reliance on showroom traffic.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Market Ownership

  • Own and deliver sales targets across assigned territories within VisMin
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline through active prospecting, referrals, and partnerships
  • Drive consistent revenue growth and expand Jaguar Land Rover’s footprint in the region

Territory Management

  • Actively manage coverage across Visayas and Mindanao, including regular travel to key cities
  • Develop local networks and partnerships to generate business opportunities
  • Territory assignments may be adjusted based on business requirements

Pop-Up Activations & Brand Presence

  • Lead and execute regional pop-up activations and brand events
  • Ensure premium customer experience aligned with JLR standards
  • Maximize lead generation, test drives, and sales conversion from each activation

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients
  • Deliver a seamless end-to-end sales journey (inquiry to delivery and post-sales follow-up)
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in CRM systems
  • All client data and relationships are the property of the Company

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with Head of Sales, Dealer Sales Operations, and Marketing Teams
  • Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline, activities, and performance metrics
  • Adhere to required reporting cadence and CRM discipline

HQ Integration

  • Attend regular visits to Headquarters (Metro Manila) for training, alignment, and business reviews
  • Ensure compliance with all company processes, policies, and brand standards

JOB SPECIFICATION

Educational Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Job Related Experience

Proven experience in automotive, luxury retail, or high-value sales preferred

Personality and Desirable Traits

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a hybrid environment

Willingness to travel extensively

Working Conditions

Hybrid structure:

  • Field-based (client meetings, activations, business development)
  • Remote (reporting, client follow-ups, coordination)

Must maintain consistent visibility, activity levels, and productivity

  • Frequent travel within VisMin and occasional travel to Metro Manila required
