Join ICATS Motors Inc. as a Sales Consultant, where you’ll be at the forefront of our business—guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey and delivering an exceptional showroom experience that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome customers and proactively engage them both in the showroom and through digital or phone inquiries.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models, variants, and financing options.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, sales proposals, and required sales documentation.
  • Guide customers through the full sales process—from initial inquiry to vehicle release.
  • Coordinate with Financing, Insurance, and Aftersales teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Maintain updated customer records, leads, and follow-ups using CRM or sales systems.
  • Participate in sales events, promotions, and marketing activities as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and ethical sales practices.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be:
  • A graduate of any business-related or equivalent course.
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (automotive sales is an advantage).
  • Highly customer-oriented with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport with different types of customers.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with accurate documentation and follow-up skills.
  • Computer literate, with experience using CRM or sales systems.
  • Willing to work onsite, on weekends, and during sales events as required.
