Our IT Operations platform is seeking a Network & Voice Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting, managing, and continuously improving network and voice services across global markets, with a primary focus on the APAC region while collaborating closely with teams across LATAM and Europe. You will provide technical support across WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, internet connectivity, enterprise telephony platforms, and cloud-connected environments to ensure the stability, security, and performance of critical business services.
What you’ll do
- Support the day-to-day operations of enterprise WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewall, internet connectivity, and voice/telephony services across regional markets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and voice incidents, coordinate escalations, and work closely with vendors, carriers, local IT teams, and global stakeholders to restore services efficiently.
- Provide operational support for telephony platforms, including call flows, IP phones, voice gateways, licensing, extensions, user provisioning, office moves, and basic administration tasks.
- Participate in regional and global projects involving network upgrades, cloud connectivity, Wi-Fi deployments, firewall changes, WAN rollouts, and voice service implementations.
- Support hybrid and cloud-connected environments, including networking activities related to Azure or similar cloud platforms, covering routing, connectivity, segmentation, and integration with enterprise services.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL-aligned change management processes while maintaining accurate technical documentation, network topologies, configurations, IP plans, procedures, and service dependencies.
- Collaborate across multiple time zones, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and contribute operational recommendations that improve service stability and performance.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in enterprise network operations, infrastructure support, or related technical roles.
- Cloud networking certifications highly regarded.
- Cisco and Security certifications desirable.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification desirable .
- Strong hands-on experience with firewalls, switching, wireless, VPNs, WAN, and SD-WAN technologies.
- Experience with Fortinet solutions (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) preferred.
- Knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Aruba, or similar LAN/Wi-Fi platforms preferred.
- Solid understanding of IPv4, VLANs, routing, NAT, VPNs, and WAN connectivity.
- Basic understanding of enterprise voice/telephony environments is required.
- Experience with platforms such as Avaya, 8x8, Zoom, Genesys, Microsoft Teams, Asterisk, Cisco CUCM, or similar is an advantage.
