We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and agile individual to join our team at our Takanini KGM & LDV dealership! 

To strengthen the service we deliver to our customers, we are seeking a Parts Interpreter  to join our established team of professionals.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Be the first point of contact for Dealers and assist in parts interpretation, dealer complaints and general enquiries
• Problem solving
• Order input special pricing
• Ensure that all tasks, deliveries and deadlines are met in a timely and professional manner
• Reporting back to the management team in relation to customer satisfaction and/or any feedback from the dealers
