About the Role

Takanini SsangYong & LDV is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and top-notch automotive repair and maintenance services. With a commitment to quality and a passion for all things automotive, we take pride in keeping our customers' vehicles running smoothly. We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Takanini KGM & LDV, you will be the face of our service center, responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our valued customers. You will play a critical role in delivering top-notch service by effectively communicating with customers, assessing their vehicle's needs, and coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance with our skilled technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Listen actively to customers' concerns, questions, and service requests.
  • Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repair options to customers.
  • Prepare accurate and transparent service estimates for customers, including cost and time estimates.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service technicians.
  • Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance, keeping customers informed of progress.
  • Effectively manage customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
  • Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and special offers.
  • Collaborate with the service team to deliver high-quality automotive service.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technical information, and service procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive service advisory or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Automotive service advisor certification is a plus.
