Are you an organized professional with a passion for managing workshops and delivering excellent service? We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join the Inchcape team in Takanini, South Auckland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct tasks to technicians and monitor their performance.
• Support technicians with technical issues and skill development.
• Ensure work is completed within manufacturer guidelines and Inchcape standards.
• Conduct road tests to ensure quality and safety checks.
• Complete work as per Repair Orders and provide customer feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in leading a team and working in a busy service centre.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
