As our BYD business is growing, we are looking for a dedicated and driven BYD Business Manager to strengthen our team and lead BYD brand in Estonia. In this role, you will provide leadership and direction for daily operations, drive business growth and profitability, support and develop team performance, build strong customer relationships, and ensure effective financial planning aligned with strategic goals. We are seeking someone who is dedicated to Estonian market, and excited to play an important role in the future growth of BYD.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and develop the daily operations of BYD Business (including Sales, Service, vechicle and parts logistics ) while ensuring operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction;
  • Lead local brand development initiatives for BYD, including strategic third-party partnerships, network expansion, and activities that strengthen market presence and customer awareness to increase market growth and profitability.
  • Manage and develop collaboration with the OEM to ensure alignment with brand standards, business objectives and strategic initiatives;
  • Set team goals, support development, and monitore performance
  • Prepare and manage budgets and align financial planning with strategic objectives.

About you

Qualities that drive success

  • Previous leadership experience in automotive business and dealership operations;
  • The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop performance-driven teams;
  • A results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset;
  • Proficiency in Estonian and English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
