Atkins Kroll is looking for a hands-on and results-driven PDO Assistant Manager to lead our Pre-Delivery Operations team. In this role, you will oversee the daily preparation of vehicles to ensure every unit meets dealership and manufacturer standards before delivery. You'll lead a team responsible for vehicle detailing, quality inspections, accessory coordination, and final presentation while driving operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Pre-Delivery Operations team, providing coaching, scheduling, and performance support.
- Oversee vehicle preparation activities, ensuring all vehicles are detailed, inspected, and delivery-ready to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Logistics, and Rental teams to prioritize vehicle flow and meet customer delivery timelines.
- Monitor quality control processes, identify defects, implement corrective actions, and maintain high vehicle presentation standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring departmental KPIs, improving workflows, and increasing operational efficiency.
- Manage detailing supplies, equipment, and inventory while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
About you
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's Degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive detailing, vehicle preparation, quality control, tinting, or related automotive operations.
- At least 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience preferred.
- Experience performing final vehicle inspections and maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid Guam Driver's License required.
