Atkins Kroll is looking for a customer-focused and results-driven BDC Finance and Retention to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, assisting customers with credit applications and financing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting sales and aftersales initiatives that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries related to credit applications, financing options, and vehicle purchases
• Assist customers with completing online credit and pre-qualification applications while providing exceptional customer service
• Generate and confirm sales appointments through proactive follow-up, marketing campaigns, and lead management activities
• Conduct outbound campaigns for equity mining, refinancing opportunities, and vehicle upgrade programs
• Maintain accurate customer information, appointment records, and communication history within CRM and dealership systems
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants and Aftersales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the buying journey
• Monitor leads, follow up consistently, provide reporting to management, and support achievement of departmental performance goals
About you
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• 1–2 years of consumer lending, finance, or loan underwriting experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable making outbound calls and managing multiple customer interactions daily
• Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a goal-driven environment
