BDC Service Agent

Our team is looking for a customer-focused and organized BDC Service Agent to deliver an exceptional customer experience through phone, email, and online communication. In this role, you will schedule service appointments, respond to customer inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and work closely with our Service team to maximize customer satisfaction and aftersales opportunities.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries while scheduling and confirming service appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information, appointment records, and CRM updates to support a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate appointments and communicate customer needs with Service Advisors and other aftersales team members.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely follow-up to encourage repeat business.
• Utilize dealership systems and BDC tools to track customer interactions, appointments, and department performance.
• Support departmental reporting, attend team meetings, and follow company policies and customer service standards.

About you

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or similar customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) preferred.
• Valid Guam Driver's License required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
