Detailer

Atkins Kroll is looking for a detail-oriented Bodyshop Detailer to join our Bodyshop team. In this role, you will prepare and detail vehicles following body and paint repairs, ensuring every vehicle is clean, polished, and meets our quality standards before it is returned to the customer. Your attention to detail will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll do

• Wash, clean, polish, and detail vehicles following body and paint repairs to ensure they are ready for customer delivery.
• Perform interior and exterior cleaning, including vacuuming, tire dressing, window cleaning, and removal of paint residue, dust, and contaminants.
• Inspect repaired vehicles for paint imperfections, cleanliness, and overall appearance, reporting any quality concerns to the Bodyshop Supervisor.
• Conduct final quality inspections to ensure vehicles are free from stains, fingerprints, debris, and missing components before delivery.
• Maintain detailing equipment, cleaning supplies, and work areas while following safety and environmental procedures.
• Properly handle and store detailing products and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies.

About you

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Guam Driver's License required.
• Previous automotive detailing or vehicle preparation experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
• Able to safely operate detailing equipment and follow workplace safety procedures.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
