SUMMARY
|
The Detailer is responsible for maintaining and cleaning interior and exterior of rental and sales units at Morrico. This role ensures that units are presented in excellent condition and prepared for safe operation by customers. The individual will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning, detailing, and minor maintenance tasks to ensure all rental equipment and vehicles meets company standards for quality and safety. The Detailer will also perform pre and post inspections and assist with daily equipment repositioning and yard maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
|
- Washes vehicle exterior cleans interior and exterior windows and wipes down door jambs.
- Applies wax to equipment body, and wipes or buffs surface.
- Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
- Applies special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which normal cleaning procedures do not remove, utilizing experience and judgment and following product manufacturer's recommendations.
- Inspects vehicles for noticeable damages, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and body paint quality.
- Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.
- Replaces missing or defective small parts.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
- Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
- Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
- Reports any damages immediately to management.
- Reports to work on time every day as scheduled
- Assists fabricator and painter as needed.
- Attends departmental meetings as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
|
- Experience
- Previous experience in equipment detailing or maintenance preferred
- Licensure
- Valid Guam driver’s license.

- Knowledge

- Ability to work with a variety of cleaning tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
