Atkins Kroll is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Distribution Specialist to join our Supply & Demand team. In this role, you will support vehicle ordering, distribution planning, reporting, and OEM coordination across multiple markets including Guam, Saipan, Palau, and the Marshall Islands. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate vehicle allocation, shipment planning, and reporting while maintaining strong relationships with our brand partners.

What you’ll do
• Maintain knowledge of Toyota, Lexus, BMW, and Chevrolet products, specifications, and pricing
• Manage monthly vehicle ordering and submission according to OEM requirements for Guam, Saipan, Palau, and the Marshall Islands
• Build units and configure vehicle specifications, colors, and options in collaboration with Sales Managers
• Monitor vehicle orders, stock availability, and shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
• Utilize the Cosmos system and update vehicle configurations as needed
• Maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and serve as a primary distribution contact
• Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including OEM-specific reporting
• Coordinate landed cost postings, stock creation, and support audit compliance
• Assist with long-range production planning and shipment forecasting through reporting and analysis
• Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Accounting, Administration, and other departments to ensure operational alignment
• Provide EPA letters and other required documentation as requested
• Deliver timely and professional communication to both internal and external stakeholders
• Perform additional tasks and reporting needs as assigned by the Supply & Demand Manager

About you
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in distribution, supply chain, or a related field preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
