SUMMARY

The Distribution Clerk is responsible for maintaining/distributing various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This position also includes assisting the Supply & Distribution Assistant Manager with various studies/analysis to support long range production and shipment planning processes.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Knowing and understanding of Toyota, Lexus, BMW, and Chevrolet products, specs, and pricings
  • Maintaining and managing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) relationships in the distribution role
  • Creation of reports inclusive of stock and sales reports
  • Communicating with OEM’s and local shipping agencies in obtaining necessary documents for shipments including:
    • Vehicle Invoices
    • Shipping Documents (BOL and NOA)
  • Shipments
    • Processes weekly shipments
    • Processes landed cost postings
    • Stock units into CDK
    • Key auditing
  • Inspection Reporting
    • Sends email notifications
    • Uploads shipments into Claims portal
  • Works closely with all other branches of the company (sales, aftersales, accounting, admin, etc.)
  • Providing timely and professional responses to both external and internal parties
  • Perform other tasks related to the department needs as requested by the Supply & Demand Assistant Manager

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent
