Atkins Kroll is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor to ensure our dealership environment remains safe, clean, and welcoming for both employees and customers. This role is critical in leading housekeeping and grounds staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and driving operational efficiency across all dealership facilities.
What you’ll do
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of all dealership areas including showrooms, offices, customer lounges, workshops, lunchrooms, grounds, and parking lots
• Supervise, schedule, and support housekeeping and grounds staff to ensure full operational coverage
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met
• Lead daily team briefings to prioritize tasks and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Order and manage inventory of supplies and equipment based on operational needs
• Train, coach, and develop team members while driving accountability and performance
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and operational efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
• Support recruitment and onboarding of housekeeping and grounds staff
• Maintain organized storage areas, equipment, and workspaces
About you
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 3–5 years’ experience in facility operations with team supervision
• Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or similar operational environments preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general systems
• Valid Guam Driver’s License required
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
• Reliable, team-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
