Atkins Kroll is looking for a detail-oriented and organized General Administrative Clerk to join our Finance team. In this role, you will provide administrative support across Finance, Accounting, Administration, and Insurance functions, with a focus on vehicle sales transactions, documentation, reconciliations, and financial records.

What you’ll do
- Process invoices for new vehicle sales by reviewing deal files and verifying all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Perform deal file clearance and follow up on outstanding documentation and payments
- Review and reconcile license and registration applications to ensure all required documents are complete
- Prepare cash and check deposits and ensure transactions are properly documented
- Assist with repossession referrals and related administrative activities
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records for assigned departments
- Conduct monthly cash audits and manual receipt reconciliations
- Conduct periodic dealer plate audits and maintain accurate records
- Perform monthly inventory counts and reconciliations for new and used vehicles and rental fleet vehicles
- Monitor administrative supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with monthly deal file filing and records management
- Prepare and batch bank documents for deal funding and follow up on returned or rejected transactions
- Reconcile and remit F&I products and insurance accounts
- Process product cancellations and maintain accurate supporting documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency
- Provide backup support to other administrative team members during planned and unplanned absences
- Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned
About you
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with financial records, cash, and confidential information
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Valid Guam Driver’s License required
