Morrico Equipment is looking for a skilled and dependable Generator Diesel Mechanic to join our Service team in Guam. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, service, and maintain diesel and gas-powered generator equipment both in the workshop and at customer job sites.

What you’ll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel and gas-powered generators in the workshop or field
• Perform overhauls and repairs on controllers, alternators, engines, and electrical systems
• Inspect equipment, identify root causes of failures, and determine required parts
• Complete preventative maintenance, servicing, and emergency field repairs as needed
• Accurately complete work orders, timecards, and jobs within quoted labor hours
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop, service truck, and tool inventory
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to clients

 About you

• Technical or trade school certification in mechanical services or related field preferred
• Two to three years of generator maintenance and repair experience preferred
• Experience with controllers, alternators, engine systems, and diagnostics
  
  
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain DBIDS/Rapid Gate base access
• Must provide basic personal tools required for the role
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
