SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer is responsible for all graphic design processes from conceptualization to execution. Graphic Designer must ensure company and brand messages are conveyed in an effective and aesthetic manner that properly represent the company and its brands. Graphic Designer must be affluent in design trends without fear of being edgy, unique, and different when required. Graphic Designer should pose a creative flair with a strong ability to translate requirements into design. Graphic Designer must have the ability to work quickly and accurately.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Design and develop all graphic materials
  • Conceptualize visuals across a wide range of graphic and design projects
  • Remain up to date with the latest graphic trends
  • Ensure all brand CI is compliant and up to date across all platforms
  • Prepare project drafts and present ideas
  • Coordinate all graphic production and installation
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and brand compliant
  • Actively participate in marketing discussions, meetings, and presentations
  • Play an active role in event planning and execution
  • Assist in storyboard creation
  • Assist in social media management to include content creation and scheduling

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
    • Demonstrated use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, web, product)
  • Licensure
    • Valid Guam Driver’s License

    • Near Vision – seeing details at close range (e.g., editing pixels in Photoshop).
    • Originality – developing creative ideas and solutions.
