Greeter

Atkins Kroll is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Greeter to join our Service team in Guam. As the first point of contact for customers visiting our service department, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting daily service operations.

What you’ll do

• Welcome customers professionally and assist with the vehicle service check-in process
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor or department based on their needs
• Provide information on service processes, estimated wait times, promotions, and amenities
• Maintain customer waiting and refreshment areas to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
• Assist with vehicle tagging, service write-ups, and retrieval of completed vehicles
• Support clerical and administrative tasks including answering phones, filing, and preparing paperwork
• Assist the service team with daily operational support and customer communication

About you

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Valid Guam Driver’s License required
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and office equipment knowledge
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
