Atkins Kroll is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment across our facilities. This role plays an important part in ensuring a positive experience for both employees and customers by upholding high cleanliness and safety standards.

What you’ll do
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing floors
• Empty and maintain trash receptacles to ensure a sanitary environment
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring supplies are stocked at all times
• Dust and clean surfaces such as walls, doors, vents, light fixtures, and handrails
• Maintain cleanliness of breakrooms, customer waiting areas, and locker rooms
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces for a polished appearance
• Respond promptly to spills, leaks, and safety hazards
• Assist with basic plumbing issues such as unclogging sinks, toilets, and drains
• Support porterage duties including setting up and moving furniture and equipment
• Maintain outdoor areas by removing debris, trimming grass, and clearing walkways
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and consumables
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment following safety procedures
• Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns
• Follow all health, safety, and company policies and procedures
• Participate in training and safety meetings as required

About you
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of commercial housekeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
