Atkins Kroll is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across our facilities in Guam. This role plays an important part in ensuring a positive experience for both employees and customers by upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.

What you’ll do

·         Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing workspaces and common areas

·         Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, breakrooms, customer areas, and other facility spaces

·         Empty trash receptacles and replenish supplies such as paper products and cleaning materials

·         Clean windows, glass surfaces, walls, and fixtures to maintain a polished appearance

·         Respond promptly to spills, hazards, and minor maintenance needs to ensure safety

·         Assist with facility upkeep including basic grounds maintenance and porterage duties

·         Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain an organized and tidy work environment

About you

·         High School Diploma or equivalent required

·         At least 1 year of commercial housekeeping experience preferred

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety

·         Reliable, punctual, and able to follow schedules

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Comfortable performing physical tasks and working in various environments

·         Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures is a plus
